What moved in cruise prices this week
Market-wide balcony median, 61–120 days before sailing: $199 per night.
Three things worth a value hunter's attention:
- The Mediterranean fell 19% in seven days, to $137 a night across 27 sailings. That is the lowest regional median we track. The Caribbean, our deepest pool at 272 sailings, sits at $194 and moved +3%.
- Four of the five big mainstream lines went down. Princess −11% to $159, MSC −9% to $154, Norwegian −8% to $159, Carnival −3% to $157. Royal Caribbean went the other way, +3% to $200. The premium lines rose: Celebrity +22% to $241, Cunard +47% to $233.
- The largest single-ship drops in the 61–120 day window: Celebrity Silhouette −56% to $105, Adventure of the Seas −56% to $135, Celebrity Edge −55% to $185, Crown Princess −49% to $119.

MSC Seashore. Interior at $50 a night on October 18, 2026, seven nights in the Caribbean, half the ship's 12-month interior median of $100. Balcony median $145, 19th percentile, −2.9% on the week. MSC as a line is down 9% this week and this is the ship where that shows up in a sailing you can name. CDC score 94 (June 25, 2026). Profile: less ideal for "those seeking a quiet or intimate experience." One caveat: the sailing is 26 days out, so this is the last-minute entry on the list.
